Ha fatto ricorso all'intervento di questo studio legale la societa BM GLOBAL DIFFUSION s.rl. con sede in Solofra(Italy) in name e per conto della quale Vi richiedo il pagamento della samma di 1.169.67 da Voi dovuta alla mia cliente a saldo delle forniture effettuate, oltre euro 100,00 per il presente intervento.
Vi concedo a Talfine il termine di giorni 10.
In mancanza adiro le vie Giudiziarie per il pagamento di quanto dovuto
