My contract with my Indo maid will expire in July, now I need to face the following question:
1. Shall I renew contract with her (her performance is not bad so far but I'm afraid she'll turn bad soon after renewing her contract since I found she has the tendency of getting smarter and lazier)?
2. Shall I ask for her opinion on whether she will stay or not (I haven't discuss with her yet)?
3. Shall I go to the agent directly to find a new maid without telling her?
4. What are the costs of renewing contract and getting a new maid? Which is more expensive?
