Indo Lost my son -- WARNING LETTER ??

Dear all,
my indo maid lost my son today and with alot of excuse to me. Luckily I give the mobile to my son so that he call me in the MTR station.

My hubby already told her that we will give her a warning letter. Did anyone can help to do the translation?

no ah, she lost him in Tsuen Wan MTR. Anyway, she didnt feel sorry lor, just keep on complainting my son dont let her hold his hands wor. short short de. My son only 9 but not 19, this is non-sense that she cant hold him lor.

打甚麼印尼文的警告信啊！香港的法定語言是中文和英文，印尼文是無法律效力的！最多只能作為譯本！況且你又不知警告信範本中的用語，萬一語焉不詳產生誤會，後果真是可大可小的！

點解你唔叫agency幫你出? 我都整咗封warning俾個印, 打電話俾agency, 叫佢地先準備好, 然後同個工人一齊上去簽, 三口六面講清楚有咩不滿/問題. 個翻譯亦需要在場.

she is really unresponsible to you.
anything can happen, he is only 9y old.
if l were you l will fire her.

don't worry...your yan yan is not everything.....
if she lost your son, she brings you more trouble than helping you..so why don't your fire her ?

l also fired my yan yan at the end.
she is really trouble making and is not listening to me at all. l fired her and l take care of twins and 1 new born baby myself with a local helper.
l'm very happy and no BLACK FACE in my house.

I already typed the English warning letter and asked Agent to translate for me. Agent promised me to help and will blame the maid in the office. Honestly, I really want to fire her coz, she always deny her fault but tell me thousand excuses, including said the fault was caused by my son.

However, i just change a new job and cannot take even one day leave. So, at this moment, i still need to bear her for some while. :-(
I will give her the English and Indo warning letter. As I remember that the warning letter must be in her understood language. so that I will keep warning letters in billangual.
I already cost alot to urge the worst maids away from my home. When the employers can be away from this unfair term with those maids.
