1) Sunway Lagoon Wet and Dry park (highly recommended for kids from 3-12 years old)
2) Genting Highland amusement park
3) Amusement park at Berjaya Times Square

Yes, (3) is very good for kids....
You may also consider visiting the Butterfly Park, Bird Park and Deer Park in the Lake Garden, the museums and aquarium in KLCC, and the KL Zoo....

We have been to Sunway Lagoon resort for 2 night. It is a good place for children. My son went to Sunway Lagoo resort swiming pool fm 11:00 - 12:30a.m. and went to the park fm 1:00 to 6:00pm. - non stop

Travel yourself is better for the park as we have not went there since we left after sleeping one night only by joining the tour.
