Pristine Villa or Parc Royale in Tai Wai

Dear All Mummy,
I want to move to these 2 gardens, "pristine Villa" or
"arc Royale" which garden is suitable ? Any mummy
live in here ? Pls recommend.Thanks for help.

any special criteria for comparison or comment?

Pristine Villa(曉翠山莊)係銅鑼灣山上,環境及空氣比Parc Royale(聚龍居)略勝一籌, 但交通就自然相反啦!
