Handle full range of Employee C &B administration including monthly payroll & commission calculations, mandatory provident fund processing, medical benefits administration, staff annual tax reporting, leave administration, etc
Prepare various monthly HR headcount reports and statistic reports for Management review
Responsible for manual leave tracking and answer leave queries for employees
Maintain employee records and HR database information
Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources or other related discipline
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in HR environment preferable in retail industry
Proficiency in using MS Office (e.g. Excel and Words) and HR21 Easy-Pay system
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese
Punctual, detailed-minded, strong sense of responsibilities & good numerical and analytical skills
Good team player with commitment to quality and tight schedule
