I eat chocolate occassionally (not much).

No coke at all.

BUT I drink a cup of coffee every day!!!

My bb seems ok and she can sleep at night from 11pm to 9am. She may only wake up once at around 5/6am to have the morning milk.

But she doesn't sleep much during the day. Usually only 30 mins a nap and she won't sleep more than 2 hours during the day.

Is she sleeping too little? Do you think my coffee has an effect on her sleep? BTW, she slept very little even before I drank coffee!
