Aeon credit card - customer service

forgot to pay $340 for this month's bill, and the customer service call you at 9:15am on Sunday to remind you to pay !!!!!????????

I don't like them, 2.........you never can reach the customer service hotline when you need to talk to them.

我都試過，佢地個system係一唔交$$就會call d 客，不過如果call左之後交番，咁會唔會豁免唔使收charges呢？
