help...

i bought a jacket from chicco last week & machine-wash it just now... & it's torn after washing... (the label says it can be machine washed ga....)

my husband told me not to be bothered to go back to the store because they will not exchange/refund... he said i'll be even more

afterwards...

:-( :-( :-( what should i do ar... i'm so angry ar...

it's not been worn by my son yet gar... :-( :-( :-(

do u still have the receipt?

do try to bargain w/ chicco! i think they will exchange one to u.

had i known the jacket to be that flimsy, i would have hand-washed it myself...

yes & i took it back to chicco today & they'll send the jacket back to their head office to see if i can have a refund... :-P

佢地應該要換比你架, 即使flimsy, 佢地既care instruction 寫明可以機洗, 你冇錯嗎. 所以如果佢地唔換, 一定唔可以接受.

thank u all for your replies... :-P the saleslady told me that their head office will get back to me probably after 2 weeks time ... so i have to wait for the time being... i'll 力爭到底 ga lar.. :mrgreen:
