如果你可以叫agent witness 最好不過．因為日後工人告你，你亦可以證明她過去的表現及行為如何，如何．而ａｇｅｎｔ　是最好見證:工人所犯過失，是她自己甘心ACKNOWLEDGE，你没有FORCE她簽名．So that the helper cannot not claim that she agreed all her fault by signing the warning letter just because she was afraid of loosing her job.

Last time when I issued the warning letter to the bad helper, I ask the maid to the agent's office (bring along with the warning letter). Asked the agent to explain to her in details and acknowledge her faults by signing the warning letter (witnessed by the agent). 我没有跟她一起去因為我要令工人没有借口說”我迫她”．

Thanks for your kind suggestion. What do your advice at the end of warning letter. Because I just want to prevent the same error that she will commit in the future.

(1)
In the future, if any mistakes made again, I will summary dismissal you.

(2)
This letter is written to warning that you can not commit the same error anymore in the future.

please refer to the below...hope can help.

We hope that on-going, stable and significant improvement on the above mentioned due to unable to following instructions and demonstrations given without raising new issues under similar nature can be sought before 3 August, 2006 so as to re-build the confident that we have on your abilities in handling all tasks assigned as what we have been experienced were already far beyond our tolerant level.

Unable to do so will results in dismissal as we will count those mistakes or incidents under the similar nature as your willfully disobeys a lawful and reasonable order, habitually neglectful of your duties and misconducts yourself to work for our family as a Foreign Domestic Helper.

Basically, you would not be able to terminate your helper with only one warning letter (without notice) unless there's something really "serious". May be you can try to read the topic about "部署如何出警告信"in 置頂的僱主天書！
