rebate 0.3%

ICBC (Asia)

Hibor + 0.5% (full term) Cap P-3%
rebate 0.3%

Wing Hang Credit Ltd.

P-3.3% for 1st 2 years then P-3%
rebate 0.3-0.4%

p = prime rate 即最優惠利率

P -3% means prime rate minus 3 %. Different banks have different prime rate. For some banks, P = 8% p.a. Therefore P -3% is 5% p.a.
