Just wanna share with you my experience. First of all the program is a 90-day program. Don't be sad if you dont have much changes in first 30 days. There are few concepts you have to understand.
1) difference between fat % and lean muscle % in your body, make sure you measure it before you start. The contents of this program contains A grade proteins to help you gain more muscle. Therefore, if you skip the meat or the non-meat protein, your results wont be as prominent. The concept of eating meat protein and non meat protein is to prolong your fat burning from few hours to 15 hours during your day.
2) 3333 diet is very important as said above. Many people thought they followed the plan but eating wrong food actually. For instance, cherry tomato belongs to fruit category instead of veggie; corn is not veggie but starch/carbohydrates. Many people take the shake after dinner instead of before or drink before sleep, this will affect the results because drinking the shake before dinner will make you more fulfilling.
3) another very important concept is metabolic rate. Many people said they can eat healthy and exercise to lost weight. yes, this is true if you are less than 25 yr old. For us, no matter how much we exercise, the effect is very minimal as our metabolic rate is going down year by year. Unless you eat and workout like "Cheung Ka Fai", every day only blend chicken meat with water as meal. This program is not 基因改造, don't spread the wrong rumours.
