The book's been finished weeks ago and the "training programe" has been started for 26 days (or, did i really count that?) Well, the initial progress for the first 10 days was prominent of coz, but slowed down on the 2nd 10s. Even worse, situation turns BAD at the beginning of the 3rd 10s. I'm not quite sure if it was my problem or hers, since we've been having some nite time functions these weeks (u know, so many relatives coming back to HK for the CNY). So I can't put her on her bed IN time at 9 as I normally did before.
Another change was that I fell sick from sunday till today (would it go by today?), and yet period came. Wahwahwah...... milk supply drops (oh no, actually STOPS) and she was forced to start her first sip of formula.
See, these changes drive everything back to square one. I might try to jump start again only after the CNY.
don't worried, the many changes you mentioned do cause changes to bb's sleeping pattern. just try to keep to your schedule as far as possible, i remember the author says what is most important is consistence and patience.
for me, I have tried the method for 40+ days, I put my bb sleep at 8:30 p.m. now, she can sleep till 6:30-7:00 a.m. but still wakes up 2 or 3 times each nite, luckily, about once a week, she can sleep straight.
the 1st 10 days' progress is good, then, 2nd and 3r 10 days are also good, but the recent 10 days, some regression, anyway, I still keep trying.
