請問14天大假點計?

My maid will take the 14 day leave, I would like to ask how does it count?

14 day - include Sundays, public holidays or not?

Please advise! Thanks.

Time flies, my kids are 12 and 10 years old now

is it between your contract and not after renewal of her contract? If is between her contract, you better request her to take no paid leave and ask her to sign a letter stating her leave date and if she is not back on requested date, she is resigned for her contract.

I've renewed the contact with my maid this January. Instead of taking the 14 day leave before the new contact, she requested to take the leave in May.

Time flies, my kids are 12 and 10 years old now
