Mine is also an Indonesian. She works OK. Smart and responsible. However, after one contract, she starts to be too smart 精乖. Lies and earns money from buying food 打斧頭. I know this is inevitable unless you do it all by yourself. Treat this as giving tips to waiters etc.
As long as she loves my kid and cook good food, do what I request, this is already an acceptable DH. Don't expect too much. She's working for money. Good relationship can keep the family in good harmony and you don't need to worry about whether your food is "processed" or your children is bad-treated.
My previous bun-bun is a nightmare! I will never trust bun bun again.
