My PC is new, just bought 2 weeks ago.
Yesterday and today have shutdown problem, I noted after clicking the shutdown button for 5 hours, it is still "shutting down" !
What can I do?
My PC comes with Windows 7 Premium and it is a Dell. 1 years warranty includes Software / Windows problem ?

You can try to call Dell technical support. They will try to fix your problem in the phone. If problem not able to fix, they may send someone to your house to check it.

鏟曬D無謂software先, 唔得就Recover啦, Dell應該有咁recovery tools CD比你呢D問題要搵原因好晒時間, Recover完睇裝software唔好一次過裝曬
一個個咁裝, 睇下係邊個software搞鬼...

打去DELL問過究竟有何難？

我都是Dell機，可以打電話到
技術支援問，解答很詳盡.
但只得office hour有人聽。

It is very easy to fix!

1.Create a new user from control panel
2.Log on with new user
3.Copy all data from the old user
4.Restart your PC with new user
5.Remove the old user from control panel
5.Done

The shut down issue was caused by the windows registry themselves.
It is not easy to fix even expert level, but this method is fit for everyone.

電子用品壞咗, 可以整番好佢就整,減少地球既負荷,
唔用就千奇唔好放埋一面,時間過咗,內部零件唔係老化就因為
氧化不能再用,大廠會淘汰零件, 迫人買新機! 送比有需要既人仲好過掉!
