I sterm once per day, after 6mths, the 軟身果到 broken. So don't sterm, and the nurse suggest "lok lok" under boiling water for few mins.

I adj to the highest at stimulate stage, I am OK for it. When I first start pump, I used medela mini and need to start from low pressure as well. So you need to adj by yourself.
May be you could try to "Cha" off the 甩皮 area by tower. Don't tear off by hand.
