It depends on whether u use a manual or electric pump. The former takes around 30 min while the latter takes around 15 min.

Is it possible to ask for the use of a certain free room or the pantry just for a short period every day. I used to pump only during lunch hour in office.
3.如果躲在toliet pump會否不衛生?
Frankly speaking, I did express milk in the toilet. :-( Luckily the washroom condition of my office is acceptable and always reminded myself the importance of hygiene.Cover the toilet bowl, clean my hands with alcohol wet wipes, use sterilized utensils. Place all the things I need only on a mat, not right above the water tank.
4.平時pump左既奶,如果不儲在冰格,可以放幾耐?
Must be consumed within the same day, if it is kept in the fridge right after u produce it.
5.如果在公司儲入冰格後,又o羅返出來,在個多小時車程之後,奶會否變質呢?
So U need blue ice /ice bag for travelling.
你真係好well-prepare呀, 我陀bb嗰時已經諗住餵人奶, 但都無諗過返工點喎.

). 而且我覺得我公司的toilet麻麻地乾淨. 不過我好希望俾到bb飲多d人奶, 所以在公司泵的奶, 我都放到雪櫃下隔, 帶返屋企俾bb即日或第二朝(我返工後)飲. 因為公司的toilet麻麻地乾淨, 所以每次泵奶我會蓋上廁板, 再用膠枱布舖在上面. 放奶樽的位我都用膠枱布舖. 每次泵完d膠枱布就會掉左佢.
