As baby's skin is so delicate, I always make sure Little Bella's bottom is clean and dry, of course, can't leave anything like tissue or cotton bits on it. Before I used to clean her bum with cleansing wipes, it was also handy but always gave her nappy rash. That's why I use Suzuran cleaning cotton as it is specially processed. And, it is alot cheaper than wipes.
