6ish : wake up
7:00 8-9 oz milk, then a bit of rice cereal w/ fruit and a bit of wheat bread
9:30 sleep for about 45 min
11:45 lunch (a bowl of congee and fruit)
1:45 sleep for about 45min - 1 hr
3:00 7 oz milk
5:45 dinner (a bowl of congee and fruit)
7:15 6 oz milk
7:45 sleep til next morning
(occassionally wake up a bit in the middle of the nite)
However, I want to try to make my bb wake up later, any tips?
