Baby buddies in Parkview Mansion, "lou lei" street. It is an English playgroup and the teachers are very good there. Lots of foreigners also join the playgroup. (need to be on waiting lists for couple months)
My son joined Victoria too before but I think the program is not as good as baby buddies but only expensive. (may help to go into N1 if u join victoria)
