Thanks for your suggest, happyty and chit.chit b. I also try to give biscuit and then water to my baby. Once she saw the water, she escape immediately. If I forced her to drink, she would close her mouth. Don't know how to deal with this case.
Are you using sippy cup? May be you can try to use the straw or let her drink straight from the cup, mind you it's going to be messy. You can also try to make it more fun by turning it into a game like teaching her cheers, 碰杯，飲勝.
I am having the same problem like you. I also get a 11-month baby who hates any liquid (milk, water, juice....)
You also try to feed her water while she is eating bread. But she will throw up sometimes since she keeps moving and crying. Try to use syringe which is more easy for you to put water into baby's mouth.
Not only closing her mouth, my baby will throw out water or spit on my face sometimes!
