6個月以上嘅可以食註明係for baby d 乳酪，超市通常有Danone 同 Yoplait呢兩個牌子，我就覺得CitySuper賣個幾個牌子好食d，質地較滑同果味香d，有Nestle 同 Arla，係UK品牌，你見到winnie the pooh / Bob the builder / Postman Pat 公仔果ｄ就係啦。
I perfer made the Yogurt by myself, it's very easy and many different flavour you can choose, some of them are organic and my boy love so much!! I usually made the plain Yogurt and mixed with some fruits such as strawberry and blueberry.
Yes you can buy the yogurt maker in citysuper, UNY or threee-sixty. it cost about $200.
You can make the yogurt only in few mins, and they alos have the yogurt powder for you some of them even are organic and some are skimmed or low fat, of course if you want to make it for your baby, don't choose the low fat la....
I usually buy the plain one (powder) and mix some fresh fruits such as strawberry or blueberry and my boy love them so much...
