Resign Letter 可以這樣寫嗎? Urgent!

Can I ask her to sign this before she leaves for vacation?

Please help! many thanks!

I, HELPER would resign from the post of
domestic helper under the Domestic Helper Contract No. XXXXX
effective on XX June 2007 by giving you 1 day notice.

The last working day will be XX-1 June 2007 。
Reason of resignation: Failed to report on duty after vacation.

邊有人肯寫呢封resign letter架﹐一睇就知係個僱主迫佢寫啦。其實個工人真係肯resign已經偷笑﹐你重要佢寫1日通知兼承認錯誤。正常會咁寫:

Dear Employer,

Due to personal reaosn, I, HELPER resign from the post of domestic helper under the Domestic Helper Contract No. XXXXX effective on XX June 2007.

According to the contract, my last working day will be XX July 2007 。

Yours sincerely,
