Yes ar....you need to book a triple room or just tell the hotel you have 3 persons so that they can arrange for you....
Even you bring along a baby, they also need to charge.....it's different between Semi-double room and Standard double room in Japan ka.....be careful.....semi-double only allowed 2 persons and the bed is quite small....
