I'll choose Southern Tower It's also very close to JR sta.(好似近南口 exit & 新D)

I also booked Century Southern tower. It's very close to JR exit (South). The room is very nice and you can request King size bed.

It has a very small shop at the lift lobby so you can buy some things like toolbrush, drink......

It's more expensive to book direct to the hotel, I have booked through my travel agent in Hong Kong it coat around HK$1450/ night with breakfast.

I tried to book this hotel diretly with them and it's more cheaper but I think it's different in different time.

I booked through my agent from 31st July-3Aug (weekdays), it is 1450/night with breakfast. How much do you get from your agent? have your try 蒼蠅遊, they usually have very good rate for Japanese Hotels.

This is the direct booking rate from the web:-
2007/07/31 食事　大人･小学生：朝食別夕食別　食事選択不可　料金は税サ込
(室料)： 24,139円　＝ 24,139円
24139 x 0.065 = HK$1568 without breakfast, its definetly higher than book through travel agent.

I booked with my agent at $1430 with breakfast but on Saturday, there is surcharges $310 more.

The reason I usually booked directly with hotel is because they actually do not have surcharge at any date. It's only the agent charge us.

Moreover, I usually redeem ticket and if I book with hotel, you don't need to pay and you can cancel at any time which is more flexible if I go with my children. Like I went to Austrlia last year and on the date before we set off, my daughter got fever and therefore, I change the air ticket immediately and I can also change the arrival date from hotel. That's better.

Moreover, sometimes, the hotel itself will have promotion. So, everytime, I will check with agent and hotel at the same time to make comparison.

This time, we take package because the price looks more "attractive" so I didn't book with hotel.

想問下我Book左Century Southern Tower 3Days 2Nights (包早餐)...2大1細...(有個小朋友5歲不佔床)...小朋友早餐要否另外比錢? 同埋想問Package可否request "peak view" & "King Size Bed"?
