how old is yr baby? When my baby was just newborn, he had the same problem, always slept on one side - became "L" shape head. One time, I brought him to "kin hong yuen". The doctor there taught me to turn his head on the other side when he slept, then roll a towel before his neck to support. So that he could not turn, then can push back the head bone to be balance. By now, my baby's head is back to normal now.
