4/. Skype software. - Free, download from web.
So, it is no need to buy any skype phone. All the key are already inside the skype software.
Free Service for non US / Canda people :-
Skype - It is free of charge for calling to / from other skype account. Chat with group people, such as meeting.
Pay Service :-
1/. Skype out - make a call to normal phone/ mobile phone. For example, making a call to HK "+852 18503".
Moreover, you can use this for sending oversea SMS. about HK$0.5 per SMS.
2/. Skype In - receive a call from normal phone / mobile phone. You will have a phone number. Your friend can call you with this number.
In addition, a voice mail service will be provided
automatically, free of charge.
How to pay ?
You can buy the "skype credit" from web using credit card. It has TWO kind of ammount, Euro 10 or Euro 20.
Comment :-
It is very cheap. I am a normal user with skype out. During trip, I have use it for calling back / sending SMS..etc. It has reduce my communication cost largely.
BAD :-
1/.The voice quanlity is largely depending on the Internet.
2/.Internet serivce is not easy to have in forgien area. Sometimes, it costs you about US$10 /day or more.
