I asked a lawyer before, he said it's treated like a sale and have to pay stamp duty, is there any way to avoid because I want to change the name to my sister.

剛剛攪來..因奶奶走左...所以除走她的名 (之前係我奶奶及我老公名的)...under $4000(all inclusive)

Sell at a cheap price (below) $2M. seems $100 stamp duty only.

I think you can find the 律師費 less than $5000 but I have to confirm with my friend first.
