Dear All,

Did anyone of you try this before. Any side effect?
I want to drink because
1)手冰腳冰
2)怕冷
3)很容易累
4)坐下起身頭暈

I have 2 kids and I did not take any 宝品before. I am only 32 years old. Did this help? Can I drink this when my M come?

我諗如果你無特別病,e.g.高血壓,血液病都可以飲得
我都有飲..平時唔會煲保品飲, 所以我覺得幾方便...好瞓左,M無咁痛
