Just got a maclaren volo for my boy similar age. Light weight , strong , mesh back will be cool in summer, but I must say it will not be as comfortable as my other Chico CT 2.0 which is not feeling bumpy at all at all types of ground surface. On volo it is quite bumpy , but my boy likes the volo better.
