I HIRE A INDO HELPER IN URGENT AT TITHAT, on few days ago, the helper said she wanted to go again, so this time i didn't ask her to stay again, and she said she gave me $3400 for replace the one month notice,all the things settle, only left the air ticket.

now things happen
1. i hire her since she is finish contract and under paid before, so the agency said the agency fee included the one way ticket from indonesia to hong kong,

NOW, THEY LIES THAT THEY ARE NOT INCLUDE, AND I CHECK BACK THE RECEIPT THAT THEY DIDN;T WRITE , I CAN;T IMAGINE THEY WILL LIKE THAT

2. They teach the helpers that non stop to call me to give her backthe salary to her,

AT THE FACT, SHE SAID SHE NEED TO GO IMMEDIATELY , SO I EXPLAIN TO HER IF GO IMMEDIATELY, NEED TO GIVE ME ONE MONTH SALARY, AND I PERSUADE HER NOT TO GO,SINCE I NEED HELPER, SO I ASK HER IF SHE CAN GIVE ONE MONTH NOTICE AND LEAVE AFTER ONE MONTH, AND NOW SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T SAY AND DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I SAID, BUT AT THAT TIME, WE EXPLAIN TO HER FEW TIMES WITH A WITNESS IS HERE.

3. She said i need to give her back the air ticket fare from indo to hong kong ,and hk to indo, $2200
So i said i give her round trip ticket and she refuse, and i give her another option that give her one way ticket from hk to indo, and the one way money, $1800 that compensate for her from indo to hong kong, total i need to spend $3600),at last she refused both.

IN FACT, I THINK I WILL ASK HER TO GIVE ME THE FACT THAT SHE CAME FROM INDO TO HONG KONG AIR TICKET FEE RECEIPT , OTHERWISE , WHY I NEED TO BUY HER ONE WAY TICKET FROM HK TO INDO AND PAY HER $1800 FOR COMPENSATE FOR THE FARE FROM INDO TO HK
LABOUR DEPT SAID I NEED TO GIVE HER SECOND OPTION, I THINK IT IS NOT FAIR AS THE HELPER DOENS'T PROVE THAT I NEED TO GIVE HER.
I THINK I GIVE ONE WAY TICKET ,AND THE DIFFERENCE OF ROUND TRIP TICKET ( ONE TICKET FROM HK TO INDO AND $500)
I WILL ASK LABOUR DEPT TODAY SINCE THIS IS THE GAPA THAT THE HELPER CAN GET US JETSO.
