我朋友都係教師喎, 不過係女仔; 佢話有d家長好白鴿眼架, 如果見你孭個袋唔係名牌, d口面都會唔同架... (朋友响私校教, 唔知係咪讀私校既人多數都比較富有呢?!)

可能有人話買名牌係買個質素、用料...等，但不竟如果有一個用料一樣、價錢比名牌平90%的袋，售後服務一樣，大多數人都仲可能係揀"有牌子"。

個人見解，有一、兩個見得人、出得場面ge名牌袋都不為過，如果一直冇止境想擁有更多，就真係用呢樣野來滿足虛榮心la。

do yr hubby perfer a better watch??? guys always look for nicer/branded watches, and gals look for nicer/branded bags......we all the same

我覺得只係自己心理影響，如果我作為家長，我唔會因個老師用名牌袋而覺得佢勁Ｄ，最重要係個老師係未會關心學生，有心教好學生。

其實除了名牌袋，仲要睇衣著同襯唔襯囉
有d女仔個樣好高貴, 一樣冇用名牌袋, 但個total look 好自信gar,
所以我覺得用唔用名牌好睇個人需要, 價值觀ge

I think it's not about 虛榮心 or not...
it's about whether you can afford or not...

If you were Paris Hilton... having all the brand name bags in the world... do you think it's 虛榮心 ? NO!

but if you only made $5000 a month and still try to buy a $5000... that is 虛榮心!!!!!

自問..我以前都係人有我有呢個心理去買名牌袋, 因為每個女人都有的, 所以我就要買, 但我發覺其實我唔係咁鐘意呢d所謂既名牌, 你問我有冇需要, 我可以話係冇需要忝..

你問我仲有冇名牌袋, 有, 不過已經擺左o係衣柜好耐冇拎出黎用過, 甚至有一個只係用左幾次, 一擺就幾年, 於是我都頂唔順走去放左個袋, 4千幾蚊買番黎, $1300賣左出去。 都好..有錢袋番。

而家我直頭對呢d所謂既名牌 "冷感", 完全提唔起興趣, 反而對一d設計比較精美既無名無牌既袋稍為有興趣, 而一直陪我出出入入的, 反而係一個只係價值$100蚊既NARAYA泰國出產既蝴蝶袋, 但從來冇人因此而對我白鴿眼喎, 最起碼, 我冇呢個感覺。

I will think, if I can afford it, having a quality handbag is natural and there is nothing wrong (I really hate those ones with very poor workmanship).

This is particularly true for those frequent-changers (always looking for 'in' ones), affordability must be the prime factor that should be satisfied or otherwise they can be called 虛榮. I'll consider that they must already have 榮 given they can afford to change high-end handbags frequently........this 虛 I think is referring to sth not real.......in this case, the whole term is not applicable to those people.

Are you that kind of people sin ?? If yes, purely give the one who query a N/A.
