yaya, tomato-based dish is one of the few dishes that I can eat! I like tomato + potato soup. Cook with onions, leeks, celery and mushrooms, yum... However, because tomoato is a bit sour in nature, you might get heartburn/reflux afterwards.
My mum says eat whatever you feel like. Be exposed to more food choices, maybe you'll find something you like. Try to flip through pictures of recipe book and just pick something that appear attractive to you.
