My baby has the same problem since she was 2 months old and sucking her hands, 奶癬 appears on and off in last 2 months:cry:
As am breastfeeding + 1 Formula meal, i was wondering if she is allergic to formula (dairy products) so keeping on testing (i quit dairy products, then stop formula but the rash is still there)
Finally I tried to clean her face after each meal, especially her cheeks, mouth and chin and put protective lotion on those area.........after 2 weeks now totally recover:-P

I only use water to clean and put the protective cream. When I started applying the cream, the rashes dried out and need to put a thicker layer to protective bb skin. After 2 weeks, the skin back to normal.
Is your bb has very sensitive skin? or the cream is too strong?
However are u sure that is 奶癬 not heat rashes that appears on his neck?
If it looks like 汗癬, better observe if your bb sweat a lot ? may be try to clean her neck more frequently. Remember to apply lotion after each cleaning as bb skin is very sensitive:-P :-P

I would like to know which brand of the lotion
you use to apply to your baby's skin. Actually,
I only clean up my baby girl's skin frequently, now
her skin turns better.
Some people said Aqueous cream is good for baby
so are you use this for your baby?
Now I use Chicco Gentle Soothing Protective Cream for Very Dry Skin, it saids formulated for very dry skin type with atopic tendency.
Before this, my paediatrician introduced me to use Physiogel which doesn't work for my bb :-|

My baby has the same problem and I use water and then apply the JOHNSON'S® SOOTHING NATURALS™ Nourishing Lotion whenever I find the rash and it works.
