Do you want to be its agent and earn commission by selling its product ? If yes, make sure you can really sell before you BUY a lot of dead inventory, make sure you can receive your commission afterwards and don't have any potential consumer / legal liability that bring you a nightmare.
If you want to buy the share of this type of direct sales company, forget it. There are a lot of good H share in HK now with good track record and future prospect, why waste time to look elsewhere ?
