Think careful before enroll your childrens to classes at Little DyXXXXXXX situated at Causeway Bay. They are so un-responsible and un-professional at all. Our advise is to go to some place else that they treasure you as the customers! The full story is;
Our children have been attended Putonghua class at this place for more than a year. Starting from July parents have been trying to fix class starting from September with the owner (Ms Susxxxx). Their respones were that they could not be fixed that until in August. So parents have written down the schedule and handed over to them. Then parents called the place trying to confirm arrangement from early August. They called the Owner and the Receptionist said she was very busy. So they left multiple messages for her to call back. But she did not return any one. Finally after numberous calls in early to middle August, the Receptionist said that she could handle request on the owner's behalf. So the Parent discussed with her and fixed the class orally for the Wednesday afternoon starting from September. The Receptionist confirmed that will be OK!.
It seems that everything was fine and therefore Parents arranged other activities in the other weekdays so that the children can attend the Wednesday class.
Last week, when the parents went to the place for some other activities and casually discussed with the Owner about the Wednesday class. The owner said that nothing has been fixed as there's no one contact and discuss with them about this at all. The Parents were astonished to hear about this and tried to discuss with the Receptionist. The attitude from the Receptionist was very bad and denied any call has taken place to arrange this class. The owner even disappeared and did not take any responsibility at all. The feedback and feeling was that they did not care about this.
So our advise to all parents is to go to some place else because at one day, you may fall into the same un-happy situation as us now. Our behalf is that we are customers, and if they do not treasure or care our business, why we go back! It's not just one incident, it's the total attitude and professionalism of this organization that you do not want to live with!!!
