I worked for my boss for more than 6 yrs. He did not increase my next year's salary due to my maternity leave in January and February. My another two co-workers got salary increment. I felt discrimination by my boss!!! Unfair......

Do you have same experience? Please share!!!

很同情你的情況。
但我很幸運，我的BOSS對我很好。
他很體諒我請假覆診，而且還提名我升職。
我很開心呢！

I don't think so ..... it's difficult to prove that my boss not increases my salary due to my maternity!
