My indo maid has been with us around 5 years. She takes good care of my 3 year old kid. But house chore wise, is not as good as before. However, it\'s still bearable as long as she follows our instructions. Recently, I found out from her camera that a pic of my son with a man was taken 2 years back. The man was carrying my son and obviously it was taken when I was not around ( as me and my husband will be working on daytime, so nobody will be home ) I was so shocked cos we always warned her not to go out and don\'t even open the door when we\'re not home. This has breach the trust btw us. Is this reason valid enough to fire her?
Please advise.

I will probably fire her, to me when it comes to domestic helper, I don\'t need her to be fantastic in doing housework but she has to make me feel secure leaving my kids with her, I won\'t risk the safety of my child. I\'m actually worried about my helper giving my address to her family back home in fear they might kidnap my baby. But of cox I don\'t stop her family from writing to my address, just being a paranoid mother and fear for all kinda possibilities that might harm my baby.
