Gosh! My BB also has the same problem, now he drinks around 5 oz. per meal only, but takes me over 1 hr to make him finish lor...sigh...
now i change milk powder to see if any improvement. any one has good suggestions?
Yesterday i saw one BB 9 months old, still has the same problem, she starts to cry when she sees the milk bottle lor! Her mom said she eats 1 - 2hrs ga...i'm so scared!
Hv you considered changing the teat with larger hole instead of milk powder? It seems very difficult for your BB to adopt another brand in short period!

My baby has the same problem too. She used to drink 6 oz every 4 hours. Lately, she changed her habit to 3-4 oz in every 2 hours. Now, she even doesn't drink 3 oz that much. She refuses to drink once she feels enough and turns her head to aside to avoid the teat. I usually weigh her every 3 days and found that she didn't gain any weight for a week. What should I do?
Same with my baby! She drinks breast milk only, but from a bottle when I am at work. She has always drank 4 oz, but at around 2 months, she will sometimes dislike drinking milk. She will cry and cry for so long. But she will usually be ok if she's being fed while she is sleeping. Really don't know how to handle her!
two weeks ago, my bb started to cry when i tried to feed him. Now, every meal, he cries and struggles for a while before he drinks.
for the past week, he only drinks 17 - 22 oz per day...............
:-( :-( :-( :-( :-(
I also feel troublesome. My BB drink not much, just start 4 oz fm 2 month, but takes 30-40 mins to finish. Yesterday, she just drank 2 oz after 4 hours, or 4 oz after 8 hours. I tried to make larger the hole, no difference, still cry
until slept, then drink milk. Today Dr said she is everything ok, just try to give nose drop before feeding to see whether there is any improvement. He said her head and length is medium, but weight is small. Now she uses pigeon, I try to buy NUK to see whether it will be better.
Sigh~ I have learnt in the last 3 months since baby was born is that as a parent, you have to try out everything and to be flexible. Siumom, good luck with trying the Nuk bottle. Add oil and don't despair. We are all here to support each other!
