Set a list of rules & job lists that has to be follow / done by her everyday. Be firm with all the rules that you set for her (if she doesn't follow, you must remind her! It is very important at the very beginning as you are setting your standard for her...) Every rule / job has to be defined in detail & be specific. For example:
a. Cannot open TV & Air-con without your approval.
b. Clean the floor everyday.
c. Clean baby's pat pat with WARM WATER after pp or poopoo.
d. Every morning's job list in prioprity: wash clothes -> clean floor -> clean the tables & funitures ... (of course, if baby awake / cry, she has to take care of baby first... if baby bottles are all used up, she has to clean & boil the bottles immediately.)
e. If rainy day or shinny day, she has to remember to bring umbrella for baby by herself... no need reminder.
h. Be careful with the kitchen stuffs & FIRE. Must turn off the fire if she has to do other housework / take care baby first.
...... too many ..... so must be specific & clear cos they are too stupid & absent minded. If you can, translate all yoru rules into her language & let her read & sign up on the 1st day. So, you can let her have a look again if anything goes wrong...
