Just wonder if any moms have received a call from
Baby Photo Association saying offer you a free baby shooting? They said they can come to your house and no obligation. You can decide to buy once you feel happy. It sounds a good deal to me....but I always think there is no free lunch in this world, so I refuse the offer. They called me twice and they said someone pass my phone number to them...I doubt about that.

無聽過免費影相﹐我這裡有免費換水錶﹑電錶﹑熱水褒﹑免費學音樂﹑免費睇多倫多星報等等。 電錶真係換咗﹐熱水褒要簽約費事換啦﹗個星報免費派上門都快個幾月了。

電錶, just curios to know if it is private company offer or the supplier? If it is private company, what is the benefit of changing it? I never come across any free thing like that in Vancouver??

星報, does it equal to community newspaper which is free anyway? Or you can only get it through suscription?

Free music lesson, yes I know but it is all from private company and the fees tend to be higher.

Hydro One, 我們旳水電供應商免費來換﹐新錶識分開時段收費。 星報$0﹒50 一份﹐耐不耐就推廣叫人訂報紙﹐會免費派一個月比你嘆﹐以前都派過好多次﹐我什麼都無做﹐佢自動成條街係咁派。 以前市政府推廣慳水﹐有人免費上來安裝一個東西係花灑頭和抽水馬桶的水箱﹐目的係用少D水。

You mention 分開時段收費, can you tell me more as I never heard before.
In Vancouver, I think we dont have so much free stuff. The only one I can see is free food/bread/veggie. In my daughter's school, I see lot of stuff and it is for those people who needs, I mean low income or live under the provety line.
I also heard from news that some community centre even offer free lunch for the homeless people.

don't worry. This is a real offer. My 2 daughters have them. Your name is released to them, I think, through the hospitals. I think this is a Canada thing.

At about 6 weeks after birth (or maybe later), they will come to your house and shoot some amazing pictures. If you later do not want any of them, you will get the proofs (as far as I remember). But if you want to order them (with touch up), that will be expensive.

I spent more with my elder daughter, about $200, but for my younger one, I spent about $100 because the shoots are not that great.

I know it is a real offer, but I dont expect to spend $100 and I understand it is never be cheap for those free stuff. May be we have different point of view of how to spend money and I am happy to hear that you are happy to take it.

My son is going to turn 4 months next week and I think my camera is good enough to keep my memory on his development!
