I am living in sham tseng and thinking to move to fairview park as well. Also I have never try living in a small house. Some people said that living in fairview park is very hot in summer, but cold in winter. The electricity bill is around Hk$2000- 4000 per mths in summer as they turn on the
air conditioner for 24hrs.
Again, I concern about the barking of the dog in fairview park. I guess it's quite noicy.
