you must wake up 1-2 hrs before your baby, then you have enough time to do the housework such as cleaning floor,washing clothes ans milk bottle..after you finished all' must do'', then you will feel less stress..
if you do the housework while your baby awake , it will became extremely slow because you will always stop by baby crying or calling you.
don't worry you can get your sleeping time back when your baby snap.
A lot of mothers feel down especially when they just given birth and looking after the bb themselves, don't let it get to you, just try to rest when the bb does, or go shopping, arrange someone to look after the bb and go out with your husband or friends or facial, just take a break once a while!
