no need to worry, you are very normal la, in my case, when I was in 7wks something, my bb's size is 1.13cm, according to my last m, I should be 9 wks something but my ovulation is late for around 2 wks, so I was actuall preg. for 7 wks that time, the doctor didn't say it was small or whatever as it matches the 7-wk size
the most important is your bb has a normal heartbeat, be patient and I believe your bb will be growing much bigger next time when you do the ultrasound

Don't worry. My BB was also short, but she is health and fat. I think your BB size is OK, the measurement error is great for such small BB. It will grow up very fast if you has enough nutrition and rest.
