according to my understanding, agency will not trust the phil, they will ask them to pay all before come to HK. NOrmally they will borrow the money from Phil financial agency or sell the land(if her family is farmer). Agency told me they won't pay after they come HK, so they have to pay before come. Indos are better, they will pay after come.

I think it depend on your agency policy, my agency tell me when my maid are come to HK, they will arrange financial company to them for the agency fee, but this is not our business, that is between maid and financial co business. So, I think you can ask the agency or financial co contact your maid (mobile phone) directly, no need to involve it.

Honestly, this agency fee is not fair for the maid, but they need job, we can't help them.

個工人咁咪叫"懶貓"囉, 佢來之前都知要比錢架啦! 點可以話唔比架。
不過, 老實講, 我幫agent多過工人, 因為d 工人就係走數走得就走架啦! 講真, 佢窮, 咁咪比心機做野, 希望顧主唔好炒佢。但如果佢今次唔比錢, 佢都無經濟負擔, 佢點會落力做野呀, 分分鐘搏遊飛機河。

你可以同agent 夾埋做戲囉, 你同個工人講, 你話agent日日打比你, 你話好煩, 叫佢快d 比錢。

不過咁, d 妹有時嘈到上菲律賓領事館, 間agent 為免比人"叮牌", 佢地都唔再追囉。

但咁懶貓既工人, 一定唔可信。你自己小心。

Can't you take her directly to the agent to sort out the loan repayment? That is what I did with my new maid.

If she's unwilling to repay her loan then what about paying her next wages in front of the agent's and then the agent can demand the repayment from her straight away.

I help my Indo. maid to pay 7X$3,000 to the financial company directly. I transfer the balance to her bank account only. I recieve a letter and card when the maid came which showed she'd loan the money from them. The agent told me to do so. I think you'd better follow this method (before sending the money to the financial company, pls advise yr maid first). If yr maid reject , for me, I'll fire her.
1. dishonest - people no honest=no use
2. bring trouble to me
I think she'll not report to the Phil. immg. because it may not easy to find another job for her. All agency should have bridge to know this case. No money, who will help her to find another employer???-(

吾系應該比 $3400 你工人﹐ 然後同距一齊去入數比財務公司咩 ?

I usually pay my maid in cash cheque which she cashes in over the counter and takes out straight away.

You can try taking your maid to the bank to cash in her cheque first before taking her for a surprised visit at the agent to sort out her loan repayment. She won't be able to escape then if she has money on her.

都可以話你入咗數迫佢攞返現金比你,

自問對佢唔錯(淨係惡d,因之前個bun令我有戒心

立心不良,都要有証據.
如果話告你逼佢入完數又攞番出來比你,個官都無咁易信個工人.
但依家佢既銀行入數証據,真係你underpay噃.雖然話你代佢還債,但未必一定勝架.
不如睇下有無勝訴或敗訴既案例先啦.
你依家有時間姐,佢可以三五個月之後唔定,一年之後唔定,先來告你,你個時未必得閒架麻.

至於樓主單case,我覺得咁既工人已經無晒誠信可言,我唔會考慮繼續用佢.
我會搵到人之後就即炒佢.

同意方方媽咪所說,因為我剛剛炒左個工人就是唔還agent錢,佢立心唔還,你點做都無用,而且,佢咁做好明顯係"摶炒",件事拖得越耐,只有你自己煩,同時,你現在開始要睇好D財物 & 你好快會發現工人會越做越差

我都建議你搵定新工人,新工人到就炒左佢(唔知你捱唔捱到)

P.S.工人被炒後,D債項(agent fee)係唔會上身的(菲同印都一樣)
