hi hi,
i used big big "wat" to steam dishes in HK before. Now, has to use "fire pan" and my rice cooker is not big as well.
i just think to buy an electronice pot with main function on "steam" dish ...

are you using gas or electricity?
If you are using gas stove, then you can buy a wok to steam which is the same in HK.
Otherwise, buy a bigger rice cooker. Or a big soup pot, then you put a rack there ...

but is your stove electricity or gas? we have the electric stove (range). and just put the big fry pan (26") and put the steamer device - then place the plate on top to steam it...
