Dear Moms who live in nyc and nj.

Can any moms give me some hint how to find a nanny? Any good employment agency that you recommend? I'm living in Hoboken, NJ with 4 1/2 year girl and 1 year old boy.

I am staying at home after giving birth for my 2nd one. He is starting to walk...wow...i really need a nanny to help out...

Please share experience. :-P

你買份星島日報, 分類廣告有立德嘅contact number, 全部姨姨講pure cantonese.
or 你可以喺星島登廣告請媬姆..
接telephone.
1. ask why they left their current job, if they still working for others, (be careful, she can leave you helpless as well, 騎牛揾馬)
2. ask them exactly how old they are.. if they tell you 50+, or 40+就好唔老實! 41就41, 59咪59囉... 點解cover up.
3. 留意語氣, 做過多過4-5年都好麻煩, 要攞年假又要有病假, 有啲痴到叫我俾check佢+幫佢報W2, 有個更short到叫我買health insurance 俾佢

..你見到啲咁嘅就可以"及"佢線..
so far呢啲唔自量嘅媬姆係 3 out of 50-60個(interview)
