we must pay them to arrive home which stated in the contract. if there is land transportation going to her home, u can choose to pay transportation allowance instead of domestic ticket, but probably takes her 1 or 2 more days to arrive. if the helper is good most of the employers would choose to buy air tickets all the way from hkg to her home. pls decide yrself!
