Don't worried, every twins, every babies are difference, you might try to help them do some exercise ( eg. help them turn their bodies, put their tummy down), hope you understand my English and it can hep you..........they will do that, when they are start.......

Don't worry too much, my twins also learn turn around in 5 months old, we are so worry also. however they learn how to sit in 6 months and walk in 11 months.
If you are really nervous, tell the nurse when checking in health centre.
